One of our athletes, Zavier, just dunked on someone in game for the first time.

* intentional

* coachable

Because elite athletic development is rarely random.

The athletes improving fastest usually:

* care about details
* value feedback
* train strategically
* prioritize movement quality
* stay consistent

Most athletes think agility is about quick feet…

But elite movement is really about one thing:

Controlling your Center of Mass.

When athletes lose control of their body position during movement:

• They drift outside their base
• Lose balance
• Waste steps
• Leak energy

And suddenly they look slow and inefficient during cuts.

The athletes who move the best aren’t always the fastest in a straight line…

They’re the athletes who stay controlled while absorbing and redirecting force.

Real agility is about:
✔️ Body control
✔️ Postural control
✔️ Efficient force transfer
✔️ Re-acceleration positions

This is why balance, deceleration, and posture matter so much in training.

Because if athletes can’t control their body during movement…

Their speed and agility will always leak energy.

Watch athletes this week when they change direction.

You’ll immediately notice who controls movement well…

And who fights their own body.
