Every week, you'll receive customized workouts designed around YOUR goals, fitness level, schedule, and available equipment. Need modifications? We've got you covered. Not sure how to perform an exercise? Video demonstrations are available whenever needed.

Whether you train at our private gym, a commercial gym, at home, while traveling, camping, or even from another state, your training plan goes wherever you do.

Virtual coaching is perfect for busy professionals, parents, athletes, and anyone who needs flexibility without sacrificing accountability and results.

We often give shoutouts to our incredible athletes, but today we're celebrating one of our own!

On Monday, Ravenous Strength Co-Owner & Coach Sarah completed a half marathon to celebrate being halfway through her pregnancy! 🎉

While many halfway pregnancy photos involve a "half-baked" cake or ice cream theme, Sarah looked at 20 weeks and thought, "You know what sounds fun? A half marathon!" 😅😆

Sticking to her race plan, keeping her effort in Zone 2, staying hydrated, and focusing on having fun, she crossed the finish line feeling strong. A few hours later, she headed to her 20-week appointment where everything looked perfect with baby girl! ❤️

We have a feeling this little girl is going to be very athletic just like her mom & dad!! 💪

⚠️ Important reminder: Sarah is an experienced endurance athlete who has remained active throughout her pregnancy under the guidance of her healthcare team. Every pregnancy is different. Always consult with your physician before beginning or continuing an exercise program during pregnancy.

What makes Ravenous Strength different? 🤔

We're not just coaches—we're a husband and wife team who collaborate on every athlete we work with.

That means you don't get one perspective. You get two coaches who are constantly discussing programming, troubleshooting challenges, celebrating wins, and helping you move toward your goals.

One of our favorite things is when athletes try to guess who wrote which part of their workout—and they're not always right! 😆 It usually means we've done our job collaborating behind the scenes!

We're also athletes ourselves.

💪 Greg is a professional-level powerlifter who has achieved professional qualifying totals in three different weight classes. He's been lifting heavy and chasing strength goals since high school and continues to challenge himself both in the gym and on the roads as a half marathon runner. Between ongoing military service, competitive lifting, and endurance training, he's learned—and often reminds his athletes—that success comes from showing up, putting in the work, staying consistent, and trusting the process.

🏃‍♀️ Sarah is a marathon & ultramarathon runner with nearly seven years of clinical massage therapy experience. She's been running since 4th grade and is always preaching that runners need to strength train to stay strong, resilient, and injury-free, while also reminding both her massage and fitness clients that our bodies crave movement! Her passion for movement, recovery, and education is at the heart of everything she does.

We've spent years training, competing, learning, studying, succeeding, failing, adapting, and growing.

We've learned that there isn't a magic workout, perfect diet, or secret shortcut.

You still have to show up.
You still have to do the work.
But you don't have to do it alone.

Whether your goal is getting stronger, getting faster, preventing injuries for your sport, competing in your first powerlifting meet, training for your first race, building healthy habits, or simply feeling better in your own skin, we're here to guide you, support you, and help you navigate the ups and downs along the way.

The gym is clean and officially paw print free again! 😅🐾

A quick reminder for everyone using our space (including 1:1 sessions): please wipe down your equipment when you're finished. It helps keep the gym clean, safe, and ready for the next athlete.

Remember, our private gym space is available for all of our coaching clients to use at no additional cost, and we appreciate everyone doing their part to help keep it a great place to train. 💪

If we're running low on supplies or you notice something isn't working quite right, please let us know so we can take care of it quickly.

We've got some fun upgrades coming next month, so stay tuned! 👀

🥵 Current summer running essentials!

If you're training outside, train smart.

✅ Sunscreen
✅ Anti-chafing & blister prevention products (We like Megababe & Sport Shield)
✅ Hat & sunglasses
✅ SPF lip balm
✅ Whatever deodorant survives your runs 😂
✅ Water bottle or hydration vest
✅ Electrolytes (We like Liquid I.V., NUUN, DripDrop & Tailwind)
✅ Running fuel (gels, chews, etc.)

Even if it's a shorter run, bring water.

Heat and humidity can turn an easy run into a much harder effort than planned. There's no prize for finishing dehydrated.

If the pace needs to slow down, slow it down.
If you need a walk break, take it.
If you need extra water and electrolytes, bring them.

And don't forget that recovery starts when the run ends—rehydrate, refuel, and cool down.

The goal isn't to tough it out.

The goal is to train consistently, recover well, and be ready to do it again tomorrow!!! 💪🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️☀️💦

The reality? Strength training is one of the best things you can do to become a stronger, healthier, and more resilient runner.
