What makes Ravenous Strength different? 🤔
We're not just coaches—we're a husband and wife team who collaborate on every athlete we work with.
That means you don't get one perspective. You get two coaches who are constantly discussing programming, troubleshooting challenges, celebrating wins, and helping you move toward your goals.
One of our favorite things is when athletes try to guess who wrote which part of their workout—and they're not always right! 😆 It usually means we've done our job collaborating behind the scenes!
We're also athletes ourselves.
💪 Greg is a professional-level powerlifter who has achieved professional qualifying totals in three different weight classes. He's been lifting heavy and chasing strength goals since high school and continues to challenge himself both in the gym and on the roads as a half marathon runner. Between ongoing military service, competitive lifting, and endurance training, he's learned—and often reminds his athletes—that success comes from showing up, putting in the work, staying consistent, and trusting the process.
🏃♀️ Sarah is a marathon & ultramarathon runner with nearly seven years of clinical massage therapy experience. She's been running since 4th grade and is always preaching that runners need to strength train to stay strong, resilient, and injury-free, while also reminding both her massage and fitness clients that our bodies crave movement! Her passion for movement, recovery, and education is at the heart of everything she does.
We've spent years training, competing, learning, studying, succeeding, failing, adapting, and growing.
We've learned that there isn't a magic workout, perfect diet, or secret shortcut.
You still have to show up.
You still have to do the work.
But you don't have to do it alone.
