Man what a day up at Oxford this past Saturday with Travis! Got up to the track and it was his first time there so we got him set in practice having him run nearly 100 laps to get used to the track. Qualifying came and we started 6th and just had no where to go finishing 6th to put us 3rd in the consi. Ran the consi and was able to stay in the handicap for Travis to start up in 18th out of 40 cars! Once the race got going we got a little nose damage off cars scattering in the first caution. Travis worked the car as much as he could gaining spots but the engine temp just kept rising. Ultimately 40 laps in the motor gave out. Definitely felt we had a great car but this stuff happens. See everyone at Thompson!

Up at Oxford Plains Speedway with Travis today! About to lineup for heat races and rolling off p7 in the first heat. Practice was great, got a lot of laps in just to get Travis acclimated being his first time here. Ready to roll for 125 Laps! 🏁

Travis Hydar to make his American Canadian Tour debut at the Oxford Plains Speedway during Oxford 250 Weekend!

After an awesome performance at the Waterford Speedbowl, the team has decided to show Travis’s versatility with the best in New England! The team is all locked and loaded for our first tour type race together!

What an awesome time at the Speedbowl this past Saturday with Travis! Came out of the trailer topping the boards in practice putting us in the last group for qualifying. Clouds came out and we still got a little faster than practice but got 7th just cutting us out of the redraw.
Segment 1 we came out 7th and it was an awesome race for all 35 laps! Came out P2 in segment 1 causing a full invert of the field for segment 2. Rolled off P15 and just picked em off as they came and another clean green to bring us up to p6 for the second segment. Going into the final segment we got involved in a mishap in turn 3 and after that coming to the green, the RR shock completely out of the car! After pulling into the pits and help from track officials to get the shock back, we were able to get Travis back out without losing a lap! Made his way all the back up to 5th giving us an overall of 13 placing us 2nd in the late model 100 lapper!
Overall great day with great people and happy to enjoy days like these at the racetrack🏁

The team went down to the Speedbowl today for a little test and tune before Travis takes on the Speedbowl for the first time in a late model! Awesome job by everyone on the team today, came out of the box great with minor adjustments and Travis getting acclimated, we’re confident with what we’ve got!🏁

Man talk about a hot and exhausting day! Went up to white mountain with Ryan for the Milton Cat 250! Struggled throughout the day with the bleeders during practice. Made the call not to run them for the Consi and the car finally came alive. Rolled off for the feature p20. Was able to start picking off spots once we got to the bottom bringing us to 11th at the fuel break. After everyone came for tires after the fuel stop, we had an awesome pit stop not losing any spots. While Ryan was running trying just to get a little more out of the car he tapped the front stretch wall snapping the trackbar and driveshaft. Definitely had a car to battle for the top 5 but that’s racing! We’ll be back stronger than ever. As always can’t thank our sponsored enough!

Fresh front end on and ready for tomorrow! Heading up to white mountain with Ryan for the Milton CAT 250! Had a great piece working through the field last week so time to get at it again! After that we have a quick turnaround for our next Thompson race with Travis! 🏁

Had a strong car all day yesterday! Rolled off the feature P24 and was making serious headway! Broke into the top 15 within the first 12 laps and after making our way up toward the top 10 we got collected in an incident on lap 47 that popped a hole in the radiator.
