Ever wonder if you’re wearing the right running shoe?
Today I stopped by in Robinson Twp and got to experience their shoe fitting process firsthand. It was impressive.
The process starts with a gait analysis that looks at your foot structure and movement patterns. From there, they have you walk and run on a specialized treadmill while recording your stride. Their team can see things like pronation, supination, how your feet move when you run, and much more.
Based on that information, they recommend several shoe options that best match your unique gait and foot mechanics. You can then try them on, walk, and even run in them to find the perfect fit.
The right shoe can make a huge difference in comfort, performance, and injury prevention.
We’re excited to announce that Chris and the Pro Bike + Run team will be joining us at on Tuesday, June 24 at 7:00 PM for a live shoe fitting demonstration. This is open to members from all FASTER locations, and you’re welcome to bring family and friends.
If you’ve ever struggled with foot pain, shin splints, knee discomfort, or simply wondered if you’re in the right shoe, this is a great opportunity to learn more.
Comment below if you’d like to attend, and we’ll make sure you get all the details!
I think this will pair well with a 60-second video because it educates first and then naturally transitions into the event invitation.
