Whether you are a beginner student working toward a Black Belt in one of our curriculum programs or a Woman wishing to lose weight and work on your personal fitness goals in a unique structured environment, we have a program to fit your needs. If you are a young man or woman tired of being bullied at school, or a professional fighter waiting for his opportunity to shine in the UFC, our large staff

of renowned instructors will help you develop the skills you need to be successful. We offer programs in Adult MMA, Youth MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling and Combat Conditioning Cardio. We also have our unique Ladies ONLY "Life-Changing" Fitness Academy with classes at 10AM every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Our entire facility has been built with the safest, state-of-the-art equipment available anywhere in the world. We are located in the West end near the west end circle or just off the Green tree exit from the Parkway.
