Thank you AB and Weave👏

We filmed last practice of the season…first time I’ve mic’d up players🫣 Without even thinking about it, the cool thing is it caught us celebrating both of our Seniors from our 17U girls team this year🥳

The practice before this one, we gave Addie Weaver her flowers, since she couldn’t make the last practice because she was in the WPIAL Championships. We have all types of players in our program, who have taken different paths to play for us. Addie is a scholarship level athlete, committed to Slippery Rock University to throw javelin, but didn’t play 🏀 for her HS. While focused on her Javelin, she still wanted to keep playing 🏀 and have fun, and she could do that with our 🖤💛 You can hear us celebrating her 2nd place finish at the WPIALs and then she went on to finish 3rd in the state🙌

Since it was the last practice for Senior Annabeth Grayson, we did get a chance to give her the flowers she deserved💐 AB is a throwback Senior. In today’s world of instant gratification, most players don’t stick it out anymore to have a shot at playing in their senior year. She did just that, and coming off a very successful spring AAU season, she started off HS summer league strong😤 But life was going to test her once more as she tore her ACL playing in an outdoor league. She could have quit and called it a career. Instead she decided to come back stronger than ever and have her best AAU season, which even led to some colleges to offer her a chance to play 🏀 for them! Her strength and perseverance is not only going to help her in her next step at Robert Morris University, but beyond in real life💯

Both Weave and AB exemplify what our program is all about! Both made our program better, on and off the court, because they were part of it. Their HS 🏀 careers took a different path than expected, but both got to play 🏀 at a high level and with great teammates🖤💛

Your loves and appreciates you guys, and we will ALWAYS be huge fans of you on your journey of life🖤💛

June 1st starts our fiscal/training/basketball year, so we have updated our website with all the information for our 2026-27 year!

INCLUDES:
🔸Membership information, which can get you anywhere between 15-30% discounts on training! Last year 49 players took advantage of our Memberships. Total is already sold out, but spots remain at the other levels.

🔸All information on trainings we offer throughout the year.

🔸Spring 2027 AAU Information. We will have roster openings at ALL levels that we are offering, but get with us sooner, rather than later if you're interested, because we will have rosters finalized by October 1st.

Looking for something in the summer?
🔸This Summer we have our College Skills Workouts for college and high school varsity players starting up on June 6th.

🔸Group training for grades 5th and up will start July 18th, after the Girls HS Select Team gets back from playing in the largest youth basketball tournament in the world!

Played in 5th (and final🥺) Spring AAU season tournament this weekend🏀

Pittsburgh Spring Live!🤩

GREAT way to finish the spring season as ALL our High School teams, BOTH Boys and Girls took home the Tournament Chip🥇 PLUS, the 8th Boys added to that total, so half our teams took home 🥇 this weekend😤

As we wrap up our season, let’s talk about all 10 teams…

🔸Was there ever a doubt that 16U Girls would finish their season by making another Tournament Championship🤔 Nope, never a doubt!! These girls with a team full of younger players playing up, became the 1st team in our program’s history to play in a Tournament Championship of EVERY tournament they played in🙌

🔸9/10th Grade Girls finished their season by winning their 3rd Tournament Championship🥇 In the 4 tournaments where they played in 10th Grade Divisions, they played in a Bracket Championship in EVERY single one of them🔥 Did I mention that this team is actually mostly freshmen doing this in 10th Grade Divisions? When you have success like that, especially with so many playing up, it’s because you truly have a TEAM of team-first players that only care about one thing together…winning🙌

🔸17U Girls “grandmas”, with beloved Seniors AB and Weave on it, finished the season by playing in their 3rd Bracket Championship in 5 tournaments😤 And the best shooting team in our program went out on the right note, by going 4-0 and winning Tournament Championship🥇

🔸HS Boys saved their best for last! Championship Sunday and they played their best basketball all year🔥 In the Semifinals they played a team that beat them by 8 the day before. This time they won by 23💥 Then in the Championship game they played a 3-0 team and smoked them too😮‍💨 Last year this group was a part of 2 teams. This year they won more games than those 2 teams combined last year, and finished with a well deserved Tournament Championship🥇

🔸8th Grade Boys (2030 Class) have improved their win total EVERY year they have been in our program📈 And this year they capped off their season with the 1st Tournament Championship in their careers with us🥇 It is a group that epitomizes working hard, getting better, and having fun🎯

🔸6th Grade Girls were our 6th team (out of 10) to make it to a Tournament Championship🥈 Going back to last year, this 2032 Class has made the Gold Bracket Semifinals of 7 of their last 8 tournaments, including making the Championship game in 4 of them. The future is SO bright for this group😎

🔸While the 7th Grade Girls have played in Bracket Championships in 3 of their 5 tournaments this year, they did not make one this weekend. BUT, they did have the most fun this weekend because of their Coach Marisa tattoos🤭 If there was any doubt how much this group loved playing for Coach Marisa, there was NO doubt after seeing players all over our program playing in games with Remy’s Coach Marisa tattoos on their hands and arms😅

🔸The 8th Grade Girls were our most improved team this year, so even though they didn’t make the Tournament Championship this weekend, nothing can take away from what they accomplished this season💯 To go from 2 wins last year, to playing in 2 Tournament Championships and making 3 Gold Bracket Semifinals this year, is truly remarkable and a testament to all the hard work they put in😤

🔸While the 6th and 7th Grade Boys struggled from a win-loss standpoint this year, they did what I tell them the hardest thing to do is when things are going tough…they kept showing up😤 This will get lost on the people it’s supposed to be lost on, but found by the people that are supposed to find it🤔 Our 2028 Girls Class is probably the deepest Class we’ve ever had in our program’s history. They were 2-16 in 6th grade. Because they are now so deep and talented, they are rostered across all our high school teams that have a combined 42-14 record🔥 We have players now that won’t make it to the 42-14 point, because they won’t survive the 2-16 (I’m a coach…coaches see and hear everything…so I already know who won’t be back next year😉). But the ones that make it through will have developed a toughness for life that will help them in ANY situation💯

And sadly, just like that, the spring season is over🥺 Arguably the best overall year we’ve had in terms of the people in our , and that’s saying something🖤💛 They say life goes fast when you’re having fun…and this spring season went FASSSTTT!!!
