WEEK 2 of Don’t Make It Weird. Just Ride. is wrapped.

This week was “I’m Too Tired” Week.

Tired does not automatically mean canceled.
You can be tired and still show up. You can be busy and still keep a promise. You can walk in with low energy and still leave with proof.

Monday was Too Tired To Cancel and a reminder that you don’t need perfect energy to get in the room.

Tuesday was The Bike Doesn’t Care — a very challenging mixed ride because the bike does not need your dramatic explanation. It just needs the work.

Wednesday was Attendance Works Better — gritty endurance with pyramids, surprise pushes, and proof that motivation is cute, but attendance actually gets the job done.

Thursday was I Almost Canceled — a hard AF hill ride and exactly the kind of class you are glad you didn’t skip.

And then Saturday brought back Album Club with An Introduction to Led Zeppelin — big music, big energy, and a whole lot of “you had to be there.”

That’s the point of June.
Not perfect or all or nothing. Not waiting until summer slows down. Just book the bike. Show up and fill in your circles.

And now we head into Week 3.
“I’m Too Busy” Week

Yes, summer is busy, work is busy, kids are busy, travel is busy and life is busy. But busy cannot be the reason your health disappears.
A 30 or 45-minute ride is not the thing wrecking your schedule.

Week 2 of Don’t Make It Weird. Just Ride.

This week’s excuse - “I’m Too Tired” Week.

Because yes, life is busy. Yes, summer schedules are weird. Yes, you might be tired. BUT, tired does not automatically mean canceled. Sometimes the ride is exactly what helps you shake off the fog, reset your mood and remember that showing up still counts even when you don’t feel 100%.

This week’s lineup is fire!

Monday - 30 minutes - Too Tired To Cancel - come in tired, leave proud.
Tuesday -45 minutes - The Bike Doesn’t Care - no explanations needed.
Wednesday - 30 minutes - Attendance Works Better.
Thursday - 45 minutes - I almost canceled. You will be glad you didn’t skip.

And then Album Club Saturday IS BACK!!! 8am -

Week 1 of -Don’t Make It Weird. Just Ride- Is in the books.
We kicked off June by calling out the classic, “I’ll start Monday.”
And then we did the only thing that actually matters. We showed up!

Monday was Start Monday My Ass because Monday is only magic if you actually do something with it.

Tuesday was The Excuse Exit. Bring the excuses in, park them by the door and ride anyway.

Wednesday was Don’t Make It A whole Thing because sometimes we make this way more complicated than it needs to be.

Thursday was Booked, Bothered and Sweaty, a hard AF hill ride for the people who booked the bike and followed through.

That’s the whole point of June. Not perfect or dramatic or waiting for things to calm down. Just book the bike, show up, ride and fill your circles.

Next week, we’re coming for another excuse.

I’m Too Tired Week

Because summer is busy and life is full. Sleep is not always perfect. Work can be a lot. Your schedule can be annoying. But tired does not automatically mean canceled.

Next week we have four rides - Two 30 minute and Two 45 minute.

Hey Crew -

Week 1 is almost here, so let’s make sure everyone understands the June show up stack. BTW you can still ride even if you don’t have a goal number, but you will not be eligible for the prizes.

6 is the minimum number you can pick as your goal.

You are picking your June ride goal.
6 rides - getting back in
8 - rides - building rhythm
10 rides - solid as hell
12 - rides - no weirdness detected.

Set your number. TELL ME WHAT IT IS. Then show up and ride.
You do not have to pick 12+ rides to be eligible for the $150 cash prize.

The whole point is picking a goal, claiming it and following through.. Every completed ride gets you an entry.

And we have bonus entries -

Hit your goal rides = 5 bonus entries
Ride all 4 classes in one week = 3 bonus entries
No late cancels/ no shows for the month = 3 bonus entries
Miss a week then come back = 2 bonus entries - yes, vacations happen.

At the end of June we draw for
1 - $150 cash prize
2 - $50 Thrive Store credit prizes

This is not about who can ride the most. This is about who does what they said they were going to do.

Week 1 kicks off Monday, June 1st.
