The Phoenix Bobcats Track and Field Club was started in 1981 when Erwin Jones decided to follow his passion for track and field and coaching. He is now entering his 33rd season of coaching the Bobcats to new horizons. He has sent multiple athletes to large and small schools around the country. Not only does the Bobcats give valley youth for a healthy life, it gives them possibilities after they gr

aduate from high school. Coach Jones trains athletes in all sports, not just track and field, specializing in speed and agility work, he has trained many athletes who do not even partake in the sport of track and field.

🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: PHOENIX BOBCATS IS EXPANDING! 🚨

We are thrilled to announce that the Phoenix Bobcats Track & Field Club is adding a brand-new training location in the Arcadia / Scottsdale area, kicking off this season with Cross Country!

For over four decades—since 1982—the Phoenix Bobcats have stood as the Valley’s oldest active track and field club, proudly serving youth athletes across Arizona. Over the years, we’ve helped bolster track and field programs across the Paradise Valley School District, Glendale, Anthem, and Prescott Valley / Bradshaw Mountain.
Now, we are bringing that same proven development, passion, and championship standard to the Arcadia and Scottsdale communities.
