To our LGBTQ+ family, friends, and neighbors in Tucson, we are holding you so closely in our hearts today.

​Our hearts break alongside yours following the horrific violence at Venture-N. We extend our deepest love, strength, and condolences to the loved ones of Vincent Anthony Siqueiros and Cameron Davis Capara, and to everyone in the Tucson community whose sense of safety and peace has been shattered.

​Moments like this bring deep pain and anger, but they also remind us why our community exists in the first place: to hold each other up, to provide safe harbor, and to love without fear.

​Though we are down the road in Phoenix, there is no distance between us.

Your pain is our pain, and your resilience is our resilience.

​To everyone feeling heavy, scared, or overwhelmed right now: please lean on your community. Reach out, check on your friends, hold your loved ones tight, and let us carry this weight together. Our light will always outshine hatred, and our love will always surround you.
