POST MIRROR SEALS 🔒

In the post, position is earned, not given.

Two post players start back-to-back, battling for leverage, balance, and inside position. Once a player establishes a seal, the post entry is made.

🎯 The objective: Move your opponent out of position and establish a seal inside their area.

💪 Leverage. Footwork. Physicality.

We don’t just train players to perform drills. We train them to win the moments that matter in games.
