Team Vision:

Sometimes speed is not the only thing that makes up an Elite... Elites in our sport are pillars of the community, serving as role models of the running community by advocating fit, healthy living, commitment and determination. They are positive representatives of their own communities, and of our sport, in a variety of places and settings reaching beyond just races. They employ runn

ing as the platform by which their concern for the greater good of the community as a whole is addressed, be it in terms of physical accomplishments, economic success, or by inspiring unity and cohesiveness. Team Mission:

The mission of Team Phoenix Elite is to be a group that first, embodies that aspect of being an Elite representative of our sport and second, fosters a true team atmosphere where we can help each other develop our talents and become the best competitors and participants we can be. We actively contribute to growing our sport and positively and proudly represent our city locally, nationally, and even internationally, with every event in which we participate. So come join us for a run and see how you can be an Elite at your own pace! Remember to invite and bring along any friends who you think may be interested in joining our fun, easy going, running crazed, competition loving, happy group, ALL are welcome!!!

Great job to our teammates who ran the Laveen 5k today! This is a great family friendly event and everyone had so much fun! Congrats to Marcos Bailon who took the overall win crushing the previous course record... Mario with 3rd place overall and a new summer PR, Liz earning 3rd place female, Cristina with 4th place female 1st place age group and a PR, and Jacque with 2nd place age group award...You guys are ALL AWESOME!!!

We had great fun at Arizona Road Racers Summer Series #4 this past weekend and we are so excited putting together the race report... Sneak peek: We had an overall win, 3 female and male top 3 overall awards, 12 total medals out of 16 runners, lots of PRs and an awesome morning full of laughs! Great job Team Phoenix Elite you ALL did so well!!!
