If you missed Monday class, you can catch up with in the morning at 9am every Tuesday. This HIIT class is open to all levels. If you're a beginner, Carol will walk you through it.
Come give it a shot. You might be surprised at just how much fun it can be!

Classes on our regular class schedule are included in with every membership and nonmembers can drop in at $15 a pop. Worth every penny.
