Fox 29 knows the importance of these free self defense classes! Come and learn to defend yourself! We've added an extra class. The Urban Defense class will be held Wednesday (6/29), 6-7 PM at Holy Apostles and the Mediator, 51st and Spruce streets, Philadelphia.

The ladies learn things like the importance of protecting their personal space when in public and how to use their voice when in an uncomfortable or potentially dangerous situation.
