🏁 HISTORY IS ABOUT TO BE WRITTEN IN KANSAS. 🏁

For decades, the legendary tracks in Osborne and Stockton have been known as half-mile fairgrounds tracks.

Generations of racers have turned laps on them.
Champions have won on them.
Stories have been told about them around campfires, race shops, and grandstands for years.

But this year, everything changes.

Both tracks have been completely reshaped and reborn as brand-new 3/8-mile bullrings.

That means when the gate drops on August 1st, nobody has notebook data.

Nobody has winning setup notes.

Nobody has an advantage from years past.

Every racer starts from scratch.

More importantly…

The riders who line up at Kansas Speed Week will become the FIRST motorcycle racers in history to compete on these newly transformed tracks.

Think about that.

The first heat race winner.
The first feature winner.
The first rider to set a fast lap.
The first rider to stand on the podium.

Those names become part of the track’s history forever.

This isn’t just another race.

Well it wasn’t a riding day, but we took a drive to play some disc golf and you know we had to stop at Otto’s Food Cart and get the grilled cheese and try the new soft serve 🍦
Absolutely delicious and they have gluten free cones available as well!

Otto’s never disappoints! Can’t find anything on the menu that’s not great. 👍
It’s for sure our favorite stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner after a fun day in the mountains 🏔️

📣 Updates for 2026
* 3 days of riding/racing this year, July 30th-Aug 1st.
* Thursday July 30th Practice from 6pm-9pm.
* Friday July 31st Limited classes on the Oval Only.
* Saturday August 1st full Mile High Showdown Program ST and TT. The Day Race Program from 9am-2pm-ish. The night program from 3pm-9pm-ish (Times are subject to change).

📍 Venue for 2026
* This year we are back at IMI Motorsports Complex, located in Dacono Colorado.
* The track is a beautiful 1/4 Mile Oval with a fun TT Layout that incorporates most of the Oval and the inside section of the Oval as well.

🍔 Food Trucks will be on site all weekend.

🏕 Camping
* Every Vehicle staying over night will need a Camping pass it is $30 (on the pre registration website located at the bottom) price for camping for the entire weekend is the same wether you camp 1 day or all 3 days.
* Camping is pretty primitive, Porto Pottys are on site but there is no running water at the track, at all. PLEASE ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES.
* RVs & Campers, there are Multiple dump stations in the area please use Google to find the one the one that best accommodates your travel route when leaving.

🛌 Hotels
* We reccomend The Aloft Hotel in North Westminster. It is a short 10 minute drive to the track and right by In-N-Out burger.

⭕️ Pit Passes
* Weekend passes can be purchased online on the pre registration website. Price is $30 for a full 3 day pass for everyone 6 years of age and older, Kids 5 and Under are FREE.
* Day of race in person Single day pass pricing will be $20 For Adults, $15 For Kids 12 and under, Kids 5 and under FREE.

✏️ Happy Trails Racer School
* Jeffrey Carver will be hosting his Happy Trails Racing camp Friday from 9am-2pm. Sign up for the class includes free entry to open practice Thursday evening. Class cost is $250. Purchase your spot on the Pre-Registeration website today. Spots are limited!

👕 T-Shirts
* T-Shirts will be pre-ordered this year on the Pre-Registration website. This will be the only way to guarantee you have a chance to buy a shirt. We will only have a very limited supply of shirts on site at the races this year.

Ok! Time for some shoutouts!
Colorado Speedway & Flat Track Racing had our second race of the season last night, and what a night!!
There were soooo many amazing races last night and we all got to see some new crowns 👑 placed!
These are some of the AMAZING racers last night that we wanted to congratulate and celebrate 🎉

Slater Pew had some amazing rides! What a great attitude and one hell of a competitor !
