2023 Petaluma River Marathon/ Half Marathon is in the books!🎉

We had a fantastic day. Thank you to all those who came out to participate, cheer on and volunteer. You are what makes this such a fun event each year.

It’s almost race day! Tomorrow, Sunday, Sept 3rd - the annual Petaluma River Marathon/Half Marathon is happening. It is one of the most beautiful and fun races on the west coast. Participants have ranged in age from 13 to near 80, with an array of experiences from ocean rowers, Olympians, and super paddlers to enthusiastic beginners.

Spectators can enjoy the start/finish line from the or get a view along the river at Alman Marsh, Shollenberger Park.

First launch for marathoners is around 6/6:30 and half marathoners 7:15/7:30 with finishes happening until 1ish.

We hope to see you out there cheering the participants on! 🎉

Our NBRC Juniors athletes competed in the Southwest Regionals Rowing event May 5-7. 🚣‍♂️

Our small but mighty group cheered on our team as we watched the Women’s U16 4+ boat qualify to compete in the 2023 USRowing Youth National Championships in Florida. This is an exceptionally high achievement as this crew will now be regarded as one of the top youth women’s rowing boats in the United States. 🎉

We hope you will lend a hand as we reach out to our friends, family, and local business community to raise funds that will help offset the expenses involved in sending this team to Florida in just a few weeks. We are grateful for any assistance you can offer because it really will make a difference. We thank you in advance for your contribution!
