RAF12 WATCH PARTY!
Everyone is welcome to come hang out and watch Saturday night's Real Amercan Freestyle* event in Raya’s garage on Aug 22.
We’re going to cheer especially loud for our favorite Evan Wick as he takes on Jason Nolf in the battle for the middleweight belt.
(There will be a womens' match!💪)

Bring your own drinks & snacks and a camp chair.
Action starts at 5PM.

PWC BLACK – FALL 2026
We’re back with our 4th year of advanced training for experienced and dedicated upper elementary and junior high wrestlers. Complete details are on our website, including qualification for this session. Please send any questions to [email protected]

Session dates: Sept 15–Oct 29*
Practice days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Practice time: 3:30-4:45pm
Location: KJHS Multi
Cost: $175 – includes PWC Black tshirt

*There will be a mandatory parent meeting on September 8.

Coach Spotlight: Jhaylyn Hall✨

We caught Coach J on the mat the other day and learned about his wrestling pedigree, his role at PWC and what he thinks of Ptown!

We also put him through the Q&A; here’s a bit more about Jhaylyn:

- Ukiah, Ca

Where did you go to high school?
- Montgomery

Age you started wrestling:
- 11 (7th Grade)

What is your role at PWC?
- Wrestling Coach

Day job:
- Substitute Teacher

Favorite free-time activity:
- Playing soccer

Advice for young wrestlers:
- Be consistent! Nothing great is built in one day.

Most memorable, enjoyable or funny wrestling/PWC experience:
- Fun Fridays! After working hard all week, we get to compete in some games and let loose.

Why wrestle?
- It’s an opportunity to become stronger physically and mentally. Once you’ve wrestled, everything else in life is easy!
