🌟 Spotlight Athlete of the Month — Amos Spencer!

2 years in and the results speak for themselves - muscle growth, weight loss, and a love for the push press that isn't going anywhere. 💪

Amos came in thinking CrossFit had a strict, one-size-fits-all approach. Two years later he'll tell you it's the complete opposite - scale where you need to, show up, and have fun doing it.

When he's not at the gym he's keeping the lights on for all of us over at Eversource. And fun fact - he spent 6 seasons living and working in Beaver Creek, Colorado. 🏔️

His favorite class? The 9:15. The perfect balance of hard work and good people.

Strong kids become strong adults.

Our Teen Strength & Conditioning program is designed to help athletes ages 12–16 build confidence, learn proper technique, improve athleticism, and develop healthy habits that carry over into sports — and life.

This is NOT about maxing out weights or “going hardcore.”

It’s about:
✔️ Learning movement properly
✔️ Building strength safely
✔️ Improving coordination & body awareness
✔️ Developing discipline and confidence
✔️ Training in a positive, coach-led environment
