Lift:

• 2 KB racked front squat 3x6
• Neutral grip chin-up 3x5
• Bear crawl 3x20 yards

• DB bench 3x10
• Ring row 3x10

• Front foot elevated split squat 3x8 ea
• Renegade row 3x8 ea
• S/A KB OH carry 3x20 yards ea
