Fall at TP! 🍂

It may be a little quieter in the weight room and on the turf this time of year, but our team still has its foot on the gas.

August and September are some of our busiest months as we work with high school and college programs across the Southeast — running assessments, testing athletes, and building strength and speed programs for their seasons.

And if you’re an athlete looking to train with us this fall, it’s not too late. With more athletes doing online school and having flexible schedules, we’ve still got opportunities to get your work in.

Come train with us. Let’s get better. 💪
