🌟 Discipline - WEEK 8: Passion to the End! 🌟
Hello Parents! We’re thrilled to wrap up our Discipline cycle this week! Our focus is on "To Obey What Is Right," and we’re diving into the exciting topic of passion. Let’s finish strong with enthusiasm!
In Class:
Beginning of Class: We’ll remind students that passion is about having strong feelings for something. We want them to carry that same passion to the end of our cycle!
During Class: We’ll challenge students to show their passion in how they perform today. Passion helps achieve goals, and we want to see that energy!
End of Class: We’ll discuss how showing passion for parents means listening, following rules, and expressing love. Let’s challenge everyone to do their best!
How You Can Support at Home:Encourage Passion:
1) Talk to your child about what they are passionate about. Help them identify things they love, whether it's a hobby, sport, or subject in school.
2) Model Passionate Behavior: Show your child how to express passion in everyday life. Share your interests and demonstrate how you pursue what you love.
3) Discuss the Importance of Rules: Reinforce that following family rules is a way of showing passion and respect for the family.
4) Activity to Reinforce the Skill:Passion Tree: Create a “Passion Tree” at home. On a large piece of paper, have your child write or draw things they are passionate about on leaves. Hang it up in a visible place! Each week, encourage them to add new leaves as they discover more things they love.

Let’s inspire our kids to finish this cycle with passion and commitment! 🌟💪

🌟 Discipline - WEEK 7: Visualize Your Goals!
Hello Parents!
This week, we’re continuing the dive into the important life skill of Discipline! We’re focusing on how vision plays a key role in helping our kids achieve their goals. Let's get excited about teaching them to "Obey What Is Right"!
In Class:Beginning of Class: We’ll discuss how vision is a powerful tool for disciplined students. We’ll ask each child, “What is your goal today?”
During Class: With testing approaching, students will visualize what a champion looks like—strong, confident, and disciplined. We’ll encourage them to see their future accomplishments!
End of Class: We’ll remind students that a leader at home has a vision for their behavior, their room, and their school performance. We'll ask, “Who is using vision at home?”
How You Can Support at Home:
1) Encourage Goal Setting: Help your child set small, achievable goals for the week. Talk about why these goals are important and how they can reach them.

2) Discuss Vision: Ask your child to visualize their goals. What do they want to achieve? How will they feel when they reach it? Encourage them to keep their goals in mind daily.

3) Create a Vision Board: Help your child make a vision board at home with pictures and words that represent their goals. This can be a fun and creative way to keep their dreams in sight!

4) Activity to Reinforce the Skill:Vision Journal: Start a “Vision Journal” together! Each day, have your child write down one goal and draw or describe what achieving that goal looks like. At the end of the week, review their entries and celebrate their progress!

Let’s inspire our kids to use vision as a powerful tool for discipline and achievement! 🌟💪

🌟 This Week’s Focus: Discipline through Determination! 🌟
Hello, fantastic parents!
This week in class, we’re shining a light on the powerful life skill of determination! 💪 Our mantra is “NEVER Quit!” We want to instill in our students the mindset that disciplined individuals are those who have the unwavering determination to push through challenges and never give up.In class, we’ll build on last week’s goals of earning stripes or invitations to our Leadership Program. This week, we’re encouraging the kids to show determination as they strive to accomplish these goals or set new ones. Remember, “Determination Leads to SUCCESS!”

Here Are 5 Ways You Can Reinforce Determination at Home:

1) Set Challenges Together: Encourage your child to set a personal challenge for the week, whether it’s completing a difficult homework assignment or practicing a new skill. Celebrate their effort and determination to meet that challenge!

2) Create a Determination Board: Make a board where your child can write down their goals and track their progress. Seeing their determination laid out visually can be a strong motivator!

3) Discuss Role Models: Talk about people (famous or personal) who have shown great determination in their lives. Share stories of how they overcame obstacles to achieve their goals. This can inspire your child to keep pushing forward!

4) Encourage Positive Behavior: Remind your child that this week, they can show determination by being a positive role model for their siblings and friends. Encourage them to obey your directions the first time you ask, reinforcing the idea of leading by example.

5) Reflect on Challenges: At the end of each day, sit down with your child and discuss any challenges they faced. Talk about how they can approach these challenges with determination and what strategies can help them keep going.

Let’s work together to inspire our kids to embrace determination as a key part of discipline! 🌟Remember: This week, let’s all strive to be the best role models we can be by showing obedience and commitment at home. Together, we can help our children realize that determination truly leads to success!

🌟 Week 3 of the Lifeskill Discipline is: Discipline through Goals! 🌟
Hello, amazing parents! This week in class, we’re focusing on one of the key pillars of discipline: Goals! 🎯
Our mantra for the week is “Be BETTER Than Yesterday!”
We’re encouraging the students to set personal goals and strive to improve themselves each day.
During classes this week, the children will work hard learning new material that will help them earn their stripe in week 5, signaling their progress and dedication. If they show commitment to their goals, they might even earn an invitation to our Leadership Program!
We’re excited to see who will train hard and rise to the challenge!

Here Are 5 Ways You Can Reinforce Goal-Setting at Home:

1) Set Daily Goals Together: Sit down with your child and help them set a simple goal for the day. This could be completing homework, practicing a skill, or helping out around the house. Celebrate their achievements at the end of the day!

2) Create a Goal Chart: Make a visual chart where your child can track their daily or weekly goals. Encourage them to check off each goal they accomplish, reinforcing their sense of achievement!

3) Discuss Progress: At the end of each day, have a brief chat with your child about what goals they set and how well they followed through. This will help them reflect on their efforts and inspire them to improve.

4) Encourage Independence: Remind your child of our goal this week: to follow your directions the first time you give them. Acknowledge their efforts when they succeed and gently guide them when they need improvement.

5) Lead by Example: Share your own goals with your child and discuss how you plan to achieve them. Show them that everyone can set goals and work towards them, no matter their age!

Together, let’s inspire our kids to embrace the power of discipline through goal-setting! 💪Remember: Your goal at home this week is to follow your parents’ directions the first time they give them. Let us know how your child accomplishes this goal!
