We let our athletes do the talking.
Functional Fitness athletes have gone on to compete at the collegiate level in baseball at Pearl River Community College, volleyball at Pearl River Community College, softball at Pearl River Community College and Meridian Community College, golf at Troy University, basketball at William Carey University, and more.
Plus, many are currently making a name for themselves in their high school sports.
These aren't flukes. These are athletes who came in with potential and left with the foundation to compete at the next level, because they had coaches who actually knew what they were doing.
We don't just develop athletic ability. We develop athletes who know how to train, how to progress, and how to show up for themselves when it counts.
Here's something parents tell us they appreciate more than they expected.
We put responsibility on the athlete, not just the parent. Can't make a session? Your athlete reaches out to let us know. We're teaching them to own their schedule, communicate proactively, and show up for the commitments they make.
Because the truth is, the habits they build here, the follow-through, the communication, the accountability, those travel with them long after the summer is over.
This summer, or start sooner if scheduling allows, we have a limited number of semi-private training spots remaining. If your athlete is serious about what comes next, whether that's making a varsity roster, earning a college look, or simply getting stronger and more confident in their sport, now is the time.
Spots are first come, first served. We'd hate for you to miss out.
