Our "New Year’s Spark" event is on fire. 🔥💪 4 Weeks Down, 4 To Go!

I am ecstatic to share a couple visual mid-point results for our 8-week event! We have 15 incredible clients who stepped up to ignite their 2026, and the momentum is unstoppable.

While this event was designed to kickstart personal best achievements, weight loss and strength it has become about so much more. These warriors are proving that health is built on:

Discipline to show up when it’s hard.

Desire to live a happy, fulfilled life.

Strength to be the best example for their friends and families.

I am sharing this note I wrote to all our members in our private Facebook group for members only. We have an 8 week “New Years Spark” we will be working on together for the members who want to participate at Absolute Strength. Our New Year’s Spark first meeting is soon however it will begin in January!! 💪🏼🔥🫶🏼

“So I have received requests to get rid of the push ups from many of you. LOL 😂 I totally get it and can laugh with you 🤣 Thinking oh gosh no way!

However, I can not help but see the beauty in this opportunity. How many of you would like to really do a push up? Even if it is just one. That is how you start. It definitely was a goal of mine.

It takes great strength to push your body up off the ground while keeping a solid form. Not allowing our body to bend except at the elbows. Taking control of our muscles intentionally using our bodies like a tool with purpose.

Just think of the great relationship you are finally taking time for. You are now consistently nurturing your own relationship with your own body. The only body you have and depend on for your everyday. When your mind connects with your muscles 💪🏼 things become so much easier. You will notice improvements throughout your day you didn’t even think you could improve. All our muscles come to work for this.

You may or may not realize however you are constantly working on a complete power house with me. The workouts I design, specifically focus on our entire body's strength, leanness and full mobility. We want all our muscles to talk to each other and be a balanced team.

This reminds me of the example when ten people could lift a car however 1 person most likely wouldn’t be able to. Our bodies are made up of many muscles. It is not uncommon for us to overuse some and neglect others. This affects everything. Our posture, our strength, our chance of injury, etc….

I love working with you and knowing exactly what you are feeling when challenging our bodies to change and transform. This truly feels like a Blessing. You are important. It is hard and we can accomplish it!

We will never settle!! 💪🏼

We are challenging our entire body to work together cohesively for a better incredible tomorrow, where the words “I can’t”does not exist.

Just a quick snip of my 4:45pm class today... These women get stronger with every workout 💪 We rolled the DICE and powered through another great workout!!
