Paris Yoga Join us for a refreshing Hatha yoga class that is open to all levels. This is a basic Hatha yoga class, suitable for all levels.

If you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you will get something out of this class. Keeping you safe in every pose is my priority. My classes blend elements from various yoga traditions. Poses are generally held for a few breaths. Cues are given for appropriate alignment and modifications are offered for most poses to tailor the challenge to your needs. Occasionally we will move thr

ough a series of poses connecting with the breath. We end each class with a generous savasana. My goal is never to overwhelm or exhaust you. You will leave my class feeling refreshed and restored. The Current Class Schedule can be found at beyondexhale.com

Summer is here — and so is your practice.

Paris Yoga is open and welcoming visitors all season long. Whether you’re passing through town or just looking for a space to drop in and move, you’re invited. Everything you need is already here — mats, props, all the equipment — and it’s always free to use. No rental fees. Ever.

We keep it simple because we want you focused on one thing: your practice. No forms to fill out, no data collected, no reservation required. Just walk in, roll out your mat, and let the rest go.

Come as you are. Stay as long as you need.
