One of things you will “feel” at LIVE Training Center is the “pursuit of the next.”

Clients are constantly encouraged to find their latest goal or challenge and train intentionally for the best outcome.

2 of the ladies who embody that pursuit are Laura Lisch Johnson and Haley Christman - they have a resume of stepping into the uncomfortable, aligning their training with their goals, individualizing and applying nutritional strategies, and making it a point to take full responsibility for their health and wellness to live the life they want. In addition they both have a resume of Spartan DEKA and HYROX America finishes and frequent our in-house competitions often.

It’s “hands on” many times to provide the best feedback for clients to know what it feels like to do something well.

It’s also the best way we’ve found to both protect the client from potential exercise-related injury, and to increase the overall effectiveness.

We appreciate everyone coming out and celebrating the life of Felicia Joiner Taylor with us on Friday morning.

We laughed, cried, smiled, hugged, sweat, worked, and even had some coffee and muffins at the end.

But we did it all together.

This Friday, 07/17/26 @ 745am, We’re having a 1 hour group training session that will be honoring long time LIVE Training Center member Felicia Joiner Taylor.

The class is completely open to the public.

Maybe you just want to come and hang out and vibe with the community. That’s also ok.

This is a place, time, and activity that she frequented often and we just want to open up the time for people to come and do the same.

Afterwards, we’ll be hanging out together with refreshments from Eleanor’s and Tally Row in Palmetto.

The LIVE team is saddened to hear about the tragic passing of Palmetto resident and long-time LIVE community member Felicia Taylor over the weekend.

Felicia possessed a quiet confidence that was felt in every class interaction she had. Our community loved her. Our coaches enjoyed leading her. And she left everyone she connected with in better spirits than when they arrived.

She was highly committed to her health and was equally as committed to being a great wife and mother to her boys, Jack and Harrison.

We are aware of the impact that this is having and are praying for peace and wisdom as we grieve this loss together.

In her honor, we will be planning an event/workout
that will be outlined in the upcoming days.

If you are struggling with this loss, please know that you are not alone and can reach out to us to get connected with someone.😔🙏
