The Dragon Lair & China Smith (The People's Champ) have taken big steps in the community to knock out negativity by offering boxing to youth and adults. The Boxing Extreme Fitness program is managed by two-time Heavyweight Champion of the World, China “The Dragon” Smith, and his team of coaches and trainers. The Boxing & Fitness facility features an expanded weight room with free weights, exercise

machines, all new cardio equipment, open group fitness area, regulation-sized boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags, gloves, gear and uniforms. The Dragon Lair has made a name for itself by competing in many tournaments throughout the year including the State PAL Boxing Championships, the Florida Golden Gloves, and even hosting their own annual boxing show, drawing some of Florida’s top amateur boxers to compete at the facility!

* Open to ages: 9 and up
* Classes Monday – Thursdays 4:30 – 7:00pm
* Registration: $30 Membership + $8 per week/adults, $5 per week/kids
* Athletic attire and footwear required. Hand wraps and mouth guards available for sale at the gym
