All the little details you need to get ready—or put yourself back together—after class.

We created two beautiful bathrooms so everyone can feel right at home.

Courtney’s yoga story began 12 years before she became a teacher—with a little hesitation & an invitation from her cousin to try her first class.

“Thankfully, my hesitation didn’t scare me away. After that first class, I knew I needed to learn more. I felt different—better, lighter.

I spent the next 12 years building my personal practice & foundation as a student before finally taking the time to become a teacher. Teaching has allowed me to expand upon something that has helped my life in so many ways.

Thank you, yoga, for the breath, the movement & the peace.”

She’s lighting up Northeast Ohio with the introduction of Heroboard—and we are so excited to welcome our past instructor & current sub, Nicole Rogers, back to Lake Yoga for two FREE pop-ups this October!

Heroboard is a dynamic, low-impact workout blending Pilates-inspired strength, balance & core training on an unstable platform that keeps your stabilizing muscles working from beginning to end.

Expect intentional movement, plenty of core work & a serious full-body burn—all while remaining approachable for a variety of fitness levels.
