2023 KX250 came in we rebuilt the engine and installed an Athena 85mm big bore kit on it with the GET boost module.

The bike ran decent but had an alarming amount of decel pop. So much that the owner brought the bike back to make sure everything was OK.

We didn't dyno the bike after the install because the kit is supposed to be plug and play.

We ended up removing the GET boost module and just starting over from oem mapping and began flashing the ecu to get it better. In the end it runs way better, the popping is gone and it makes a good bit more power from the bottom-mid this way than with the GET boost installed.

The dyno results show a stock 23 kx250 vs this kx304 after the final ecu mapping with no Get boost module.

2023 KX250 with a cylinder works 270 kit. We rebuilt the crankshaft and the customer built the engine then brought it back to us to flash the stock ecu.
It's running pump gas and fmf exhaust.
White line is the 270 after flashing ecu.
Yellow is a stock kx250 we tested before.
