When you stress eat, you're using food to solve a problem.

Only it's often a problem that food can't solve.

Here's an experiment:

Give yourself permission to eat whatever you're craving.

But before you do, pause and ask yourself:

"Why this food, right now?"

Stress?
Boredom?
Loneliness?
Overwhelm?
Something else?

You don't have to change anything.

Just notice.

Because awareness often comes before change.
