Golf Cart Attendant
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Golf Cart Attendant to join our Outside Operations team. This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests by ensuring golf carts, clubs, and practice areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily play.
Greet members and guests with a welcoming and professional attitude.
Assist with loading, unloading, cleaning, and storing members' golf clubs.
Maintain the cart barn, practice facilities, and bag storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
Pick the driving range and replenish practice balls as needed.
Monitor cart usage and ensure carts are charged, fueled, and ready for service.
Provide prompt, courteous assistance to members and guests throughout their visit.
Support the golf operations team with other outside service duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Passion for providing superior customer service.
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
Ability to lift and carry golf bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Weekend, holiday, and flexible availability is required.
