✨ That’s a wrap on yoga classes for 2024! ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined me on the mat this year. Whether you were here for strength, peace, or simply to breathe, your energy and commitment made every session special.

Now it’s time to pause, recharge, and flow into the new year with intention. Classes will resume in January 2025, and I can’t wait to continue this journey with you.

Keep stretching, keep growing, and remember: the mat is always there when you need it. See you in the new year! 🧘🏾‍♀️

Praise Report 🗣️

Kelly walked into the studio a couple months ago with a fairly new diagnosis of Leukemia. This week she received the news that her cancer was almost down to untraceable levels!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Real Yoga! Real Results!! ✅

For some reason everyone thinks yoga is about flexibility and cute/crazy poses! It’s not!! Real yoga will open you up to knowing yourself like you’ve never known before! It’s healing! It’s powerful and it’s a blessing to all who practice!

Kelly has made many changes to her lifestyle and yoga being one! We worked together one on one and in class to help her understand the chakras and how to redirect energy (we don’t do negative energy over this way!)🚫 She learned meditation and breathing techniques 🧘🏾‍♀️ All of which plays a major role in keeping cortisol levels low so the body can heal faster!

Not to mention while rapidly losing over 20lbs constantly coming to class has kept her body nice and fit!💪🏾

She has such an amazing spirit and I am so honored to continue to be a part of her journey 🥰🤞🏾
