Orrington Trail Riders Orrington Trail Riders is a group of families dedicated to snowmobiling and the 36 miles of trails m Our trail system consists of approximately 36 miles trails.

Orrington Trail Riders is a Maine Snowmobile Association Club made up of about 50 families who are dedicated to the sport of snowmobiling. Annually, our members dedicate more than 500 hours of time to club activities including landowner relations, trail grooming, and off-season trail maintenance. Trail grooming is accomplished with two Yamaha VK540s, both equipped with Mogul Master drags operating

5 nights per week during peak season. Our winter activities include day rides and our Annual Vintage Snowmobile Ride-In, Show, Swap and Swap. Orrington Trail Riders would like to thank all landowners who permit us to use their land during the winter months. We strive to maintain our trail system with the utmost respect for the landowners and their properties. Without the generosity of numerous Orrington landowners and landowners throughout the State, our sport would not exist. Be careful riding, stay on marked trails, and know the ice conditions.

ALERT ⚠️
Snow conditions at rocky knoll are thin to the point that we are going to close access across the golf course Friday morning and to Lavs gas. We don't want there to be any damage to the course and their walkways. We appreciate being able to have that access all season as long as we have been able. Thank you for respecting our landowners!
