As Physical Training Instructors for the Tulare/Kings Police Academy, we were constantly asked to help people get ready for the police academy. Cadets also wanted to continue training after they graduated the police academy...so

I started Five-O-Fitness! Five-O-Fitness uses trainers that are certified in Physical Training by California Peace Officers Standards & Training (POST). We offer Boot Camp classes for only $3 per session! During our Boot Camp classes you will be trained at an intense level; unless it's the beginners class.You will be pushed to your limit but you can always go at your own pace.You DO NOT have to be in shape to attend this class...we will get you there! This class will also help anyone prepare for the Police Academy, military or CDC Academy. We provide eating plans and monitor your weight, body fat and measurements. We EXPECT results from our clients and therefore will be on your butts about your eating!

Correction on the wording in the video: We DONT “Diet & Exercise” We EAT & TRAIN”

They have no idea what their starting body fat is.

They have no idea how much muscle mass they have.

They have no idea HOW MUCH they should be eating.

They think they should NOT be eating because that’s what the medication is supposed to be doing.

They start exercising while eating low calories because they think that’s what they should be doing….if this is you, you are doing it all wrong! You’re eating maybe 1000 calories, burning 500 calories, ending your day with 500 calories! Your body will lose weight BUT you will lose muscle AND gain fat, leaving you skinny fat, frail, skinny, weak and tired. You’re going to look older and have a bag of skin & fat flapping around all over the place.

DM if you are serious about doing it the right way; with or without weight loss meds.

I only sponsor certain people when it comes to my personal training, nutrition & “supplements.” She is one of them! She’s been training with me since 2017 (on and off but now very consistent)! She follows my plan and look at her now!

Now we start on a 6 week plan to gain muscle & strength without losing weight BUT dropping body fat 💪🏽 Stay tuned!
