Correction on the wording in the video: We DONT “Diet & Exercise” We EAT & TRAIN”
They have no idea what their starting body fat is.
They have no idea how much muscle mass they have.
They have no idea HOW MUCH they should be eating.
They think they should NOT be eating because that’s what the medication is supposed to be doing.
They start exercising while eating low calories because they think that’s what they should be doing….if this is you, you are doing it all wrong! You’re eating maybe 1000 calories, burning 500 calories, ending your day with 500 calories! Your body will lose weight BUT you will lose muscle AND gain fat, leaving you skinny fat, frail, skinny, weak and tired. You’re going to look older and have a bag of skin & fat flapping around all over the place.
