Man Cave Fitness is a 2300 square ft training facility. We are an appointment based training facility. We are not an Open Gym which gives our clients the Privacy they need in order to succeed in their health goals. Training sessions range from 60-90mins long, based on your needs. Congrats to Bill for winning his Caveman of the year award and shirt. Countless hours to the gym, consistent 4 days a week at 5am. Tremendously hard work. Now prepping him on his 2nd comp in one of the biggest stages at in April. Make sure give this man some love, he's doing it at 68 years of age. #559

Walter dead lifting 425lbs. Last week work was heavy dead lifts about 80% to 90% max pulls for 5 rounds. This video was his first pull of his 5 sets. We cut the weight to about 80% of his Max on the last 2 sets to stick with 5 reps. Good strong work Walter #559
