Saturday, September 12th, F45 Nona is hosting our FIRST EVER PEAK 500! 💪

This is a partner-based 30-minute challenge featuring 5 stations, 5 minutes at each station. Your goal? Get as many reps or calories as possible and see how you stack up! 👊

🌎 Your scores will be uploaded to the Global Leaderboard, AND we’ll have an in-house competition with prizes for the Top 3 Teams! 🏆

• Same-sex
• Co-ed
