Wow…what can I say? I feel incredibly lucky and blessed to have had the opportunity to run this camp and watch it grow. All of the friendships, connections, tears, laughs, sweat… Worth every minute. Thank you thank you thank you for all of the support over the years. We love you all so much!

Friendly reminder… Final work out tomorrow morning 6:30 AM 😔

SPREAD THE WORD!! This is the FINAL, FAREWELL workout for LNBC!! Can't believe it 😩😩. Because we normally never hold a work out on Pig Run day (we have been a sponsor since the start 😔), we are doing things a little different: we are hosting our final work out ever at the ***Lake Nona YMCA parking lot at 6:30 AM*** to support our own Pig Run runners and support their amazing cause as usual. Please join us! And wear your your favorite LNBC shirt from the last six years!

We love you all and we can't wait to celebrate our final work out together as a Boot camp family! Get ready for some burpees 😬

I will be ordering shirts very soon. I sent an email, but if you didn't get it please pm your size and style preference. We will be doing racer back tanks or a t-shirt. They are $5 for campers or $10 for drop ins.
