Yesterday was definitely a bittersweet day.

It was Elsa’s last day training at the gym after an incredible year with us. Over that time, we’ve all grown to love her and truly enjoyed having her as part of our gym family.

Elsa, we wish you safe travels as you head back home. We will forever be grateful for the time we shared with you—not only on the mat, but also for all the memories and celebrations we shared outside of the gym.

You will always have a place here with us. 🚀

🚀🥋🥊 RCS 24 — WHAT A WEEKEND! 🚀🥋🥊

I wanted to take a few days to really soak in everything our team accomplished at RCS 24. 🥊

Thank you to EVERYONE who came out and supported our team. I couldn’t be prouder of the performances each of our fighters put on. Everything we worked on over the past eight weeks came together, and we executed when it mattered most.

In my opinion, this was by far our best weekend to date when it comes to executing under the bright lights. 💯

From our kids program all the way up to our Fight Team and everything in between, we’re building something special together. The work doesn’t stop.

For now, we’re back to work. 💪🥊

Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in us, support us, and help us build.
