When all the smoke was cleared and everyone today and yesterday worked so hard doing this memorial wod. I was left with some reminders. The lights were on but it was dark. A space is darkness. It’s hard not to go there at times. But it’s there. Thank you to everyone that has poured into today. Thank you to everyone that had supported past and present. To everyone out there. Check on your friends. Sometimes it’s dark even when the lights are on bright .

Often I hear “I don’t think CrossFit is for me because I can’t do all the things” - the answer to that is you’re right you can’t do all the things. Most people in the gym can’t do all the things. The beauty of it is we meet you where you are. We encourage you to test your comfort level. In this picture you can see three variations of a movement in a work out.
1. One person is doing a hand stand walk (badass)
2. One person is doing a wall walk (badass)
3. One person is doing a bearcrawl (badass)
