Tomorrow (6/5) is the first Friday of the month and our next FREE Women’s Self Defense class! The session will start @ 5:30pm and preregistration is not necessary.

** Members, please remember that this will take the place of our regular fundamentals class. 6:30 adult class is still ON!

4:00- Pythons
4:45- Viper-A
5:30- FREE Women’s Self Defense
6:30- Gi Jiu Jitsu
7:30- Open Mat

Huge shout out to Paul Cherimond, who earned his second stripe tonight, and more importantly, has lost more than 45 pounds in just 5 months! 😮

Paul first began training with us before covid, and came back to the mats in January of this year. His dedication, perseverance, and transformation since that time has been incredible and inspiring to all of us. Way to go Paul! 👏🙌

Roll-a-Thon 2026 🇺🇸

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the cause, and a special thank you to Kevin and Wanda Callagy for joining us again and helping to keep the memory of a dear friend alive 🙏

While this day was created to raise awareness for veterans and the internal battles they may face after service, it has grown into something even bigger.

We roll to support those who are struggling, to honor those we’ve lost, and to remind those in need that they are not alone.

Whether you’re a veteran or not, facing difficult emotions is something we all experience. You are NOT alone. If you or someone you know is struggling, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for a friendly chat or to be put in touch with a professional.

We are here and we care. ❤️🫶
