🔥 Complete 10 reps of each exercise:
• Table Top Crunch
• Table Top Crunch + Alternating Single Leg Extension
• Table Top Crunch + Double Leg Extension
• Table Top Crunch + Double Leg Extension + Open/Close
• Table Top Crunch + Toe Taps

Take a quick break between exercises if you need it, or challenge yourself to move through all five without stopping. 😅
