No workout session this Saturday morning but I'll leave you with this awesome 15 minute HIIT workout you can do on your own anytime just need a med ball and jump rope 💪🏿
Overhead medball slams 7 (to each side) 14 total
20 to 30 second rest and repeat for 5 minutes
Jump rope for 5 minutes
HIIT is 15 minutes long so you'll have to do one of them twice take your pic you can't go wrong 💪🏿
