They say home is where the heart is, but honestly, this space right here is my second home. Built this place with passion, but it’s the people inside who give it soul.A huge shoutout to my incredible trainers who bring out the best in everyone, our Smoothie Bar Queen keeping everyone refueled with the best post-workout shakes in town, and most importantly our AMAZING clients! 🥤👑You guys are the heart and soul of this place. Thank you for showing up, bringing the energy, and trusting us on your journey every single day. Love this house and love these people! ❤️💪

October is Breast cancer awareness month, For most women at average risk, a mammogram every two years starting at age 40 is the current standard. That recommendation, updated in 2024 by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF), shifted the starting age down from 50 to 40 and applies through age 74. But the schedule isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your age, breast density, and family history can all change how often you should be screened. Be sure to check yourself regularly and get any suspicious spots or bumps checked out, don’t wait!
