The entire CrossFit Pinnacle family would like to congratulate David Rosedale on his decision to be baptized today, with our very own CrossFit Pinnacle Pastor Jeff Wade having the honor of baptizing him!

Regardless of our individual beliefs, one of the things that makes our community special is being there for each other during the meaningful moments in life. Today was certainly one of those moments.

Coach Cindy here! Most of you know that outside of co-owning CrossFit Pinnacle and suffering through these workouts right alongside you 😂, I’m also a nutrition coach and co-owner of Elevated Macros.

Because of that, I often get asked about protein, creatine, hydration, collagen, recovery, and supplements in general.
