This year’s Summer Circus Celebration has expanded its offerings! We now have three nights of fabulous performances, allowing us to collaborate with even more talented circus artists! Catch Rosemary Le on Saturday 8/15 performing Aerial Cyr Wheel 🤯 Ticket link in bio.
k.le is a multidisciplinary circus artist specializing in the aerial cyr wheel. She grew up with a varied movement background but always felt like a dancer at heart. In a season when she was pondering the meaning of life, she discovered the aerial arts which quite literally lifted her out of that existential crisis. As of November 2022, she’s had the privilege of taking a circus sabbatical and pursuing her art full time. She is thankful that the Summer Circus Celebration gets to be a part of that adventure.

Now in it's 5th year, this years Summer Circus Celebration is back bigger and better than ever with 3 nights of performances and 3 days of more than 35 circus workshops.

WORKSHOP WITH MICHELLE MATLOCK
Sunday, May 24, 2026 - 6:00 - 9:00 pm

An exploration into some essential tools used to discover the unique clown that is inside of each participant. We will prioritize relishing in your own delight, expressing the greatest possible emotions, celebration of both debacles and triumphs, connection with the audience and acceptance of your own ridiculous stupidity. This workshop is designed to meet participants wherever they are in their clowning journey. New and experienced players are welcomed. Ages 17 and up.

Launderland is back! We loved this show when we hosted their first residency at Kinetic Arts Center in 2024, and we cannot wait to see how the show grown since then. Even more giant puppets?! Reminder that April 1st is the deadline for workshop and performer applications for this year’s Summer Circus Celebration (no foolin’). This year’s festival will be bigger than ever with an extra night of performances (including an adults only show on Thursday) and an extra day of workshops.
