As a tumbler, are you struggling to keep your legs straight, unable to generate power, flexing your feet, or are inconsistent with your skills?!
 
🦾 Your technique is plateauing due to insufficient strength!
Every skill you perform engages muscles from head to toe.
To execute each part of the skill effectively, you must activate
the correct muscles.
 
🤸🏽‍♂️ This is true for so many skills including handstands, backwalkovers, layouts, fulls, and even body positions like a heel stretch or needle!

Today is Tumble Method’s third birthday! 🥳 Thank you to each and every one of our athletes, families, and coaches for the best year yet! Over the last year, Tumble Method continued to expand and we now offer online courses. We have our first full coaching course available over at Tumble Method Academy.
