Nobody does this perfectly. Progress comes from continuing to show up, even after the setbacks.

Weightlifting can be intimidating at first, I get that. This is an excellent opportunity to start familiarizing yourself with strength movements with the guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer.

We have a very supportive community here at Well Fitness Studio Every exercise is modifiable and go at your own pace.
