Congrats to our newest PT to join our team, Kevin Fernandes! Kevin is a recent graduate of Mass College of Pharmacy and Health Science's Physical Therapy program in May. Kevin completed his last clinical experience with us and we are so excited to have him join our team!

Kevin has a strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative care, balance training, and fall prevention. He enjoys working closely with patients to help them return to the activities that are important to them, whether that means getting back to sports, daily activities, or simply moving with less pain and more confidence. Kevin values creating a supportive and motivating environment that encourages patients to stay engaged in their recovery and achieve their individual goals.

Outside of the clinic, Kevin enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, hiking, traveling, and trying new experiences. Whether it’s visiting new places, trying different foods, or finding a new adventure, he enjoys staying active and making the most out of every opportunity.

Every year we celebrate our team by doing something fun. We closed the office, had some food, did some planning then we went out for the day. This year, we went on a whale watch! Haven't been in one in years, but we all had a great time. My team is always working so hard to give the best care to get everyone feeling better as soon as we can. True thanks to our amazing team!

Congrats to our 2026 Flaherty PT scholarship winners! From left to right, Kennedy Lane from Shrewsbury HS. She will be attending Bridgewater University in the fall, studying early elementary education. Caden Gould, from Hudson HS who will be attending Westfield University in thr fall studying exercise science and last but not least, Jillian Belniak from Algonquin, studying Bio at Bates College next year. Congrats to you all and have a wonderful summer!

We had an amazing open house, celebrating 10 years earlier in June. We are donating $1000 to 10 Northboro charities, and we need your help. We have some wonderful raffle items with all the proceeds going to the non profits. Some items:

Here are the three main programs of Flaherty Flex:

Assisted Stretching. Tight? You will be able to schedule a 25 or 50 minute one on one stretching session that will be for your total body.

Melissa is aNASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Certified Stretching & Flexibility Coach, NASM certified Weight Loss Specialist (WLS), and a Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist. Melissa specializes in functional training and personalized coaching.
She prioritizes continuous education, specifically enjoying gaining insight into the unique challenges of the aging population to help senior clients build resilience. Whether a client is actively aging, recovering from an injury, or training for a sport,
