I discovered yoga 15 years ago and it quickly became a cornerstone of my life. My practice began with Bikram 26 & 2 and has since expanded deeply into Vinyasa flow. Over the years, yoga has transformed both my body and mind in profound ways. Physically, it has built incredible strength, flexibility, and balance while complementing and helping me recover from resistance training to create a well-rounded, sustainable fitness foundation. Mentally and emotionally, it has been my anchor—reducing stress, sharpening focus, and cultivating a greater sense of calm and resilience that carries into every area of my life.
After completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), I felt a strong calling to share this practice with others. As a teacher, my goal is to make yoga accessible and welcoming to all bodies and experience levels. I love guiding students through mindful Vinyasa flows and sequences, helping them discover the same physical empowerment, mental clarity, and overall well-being that yoga has given me.
When I’m off the mat, I enjoy hiking in nature, attending live concerts, reading, and watching movies — activities that bring me joy, inspiration, and balance. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where you can move with intention, breathe fully, and connect with yourself. Yoga isn’t just exercise to me — it’s a holistic path to a stronger, more balanced, and peaceful life, and I’m honored to help spread its benefits to others.
