Injuries don’t always mean stopping — sometimes they mean adapting. 💪

Resistance training around an injury is about working WITH your body, not against it. The goal isn’t to “push through pain,” but to maintain strength, stability, mobility, and confidence while allowing the injured area to recover.

Modified training can:
