For years I would not claim the title of "author" because it didn't look like a traditional book.

But as I am mailing out manuals 1 and 2 of 5 different courses. All of which are around 100 to 150 pages of proprietary information...

You can change your mind.
You can keep what feels true and release what doesn't.
You can create meaning from your own lived experience.
And maybe most importantly…

You can create your own rituals.

A ritual for the woman you're becoming.
A ritual for what you're releasing.
A ritual for pleasure.
A ritual for grief.
A ritual for celebrating how far you've come.
A ritual simply because something feels sacred to you.

That's what we will explore during Reflections & Rituals Weekend Away.

There is a particular kind of freedom that comes with change and transformation... and a new kind of fear...

At first, you may spend a lot of time asking:
From this point forward...
What do I believe now?
What was actually mine?
What do I keep?
What do I let go of?

But eventually, something shifts.

You realize you don't have to replace one set of rules with another.
You don't have to find a new person to tell you what is sacred.
You don't have to be fixed.
You were never broken.

You get to become the woman who decides what feels meaningful, what feels sacred, what you celebrate, what you release, and what rituals belong to you.

That is the heart behind Reflections & Rituals Weekend Away.

I'm gathering a small group of women for four days of exploring ritual, symbolism, intuition, nature, movement, astrology, creativity and connection.

We'll explore:

Goddesses, guides & archetypes
The four elements and different ways of releasing
Creating altars & sacred spaces
Moon cycles & basic astrology
Music & movement as ritual

Creating a ritual that is completely your own
There will also be free time, outdoor adventure, good food, fireside conversations, laughter and plenty of unstructured time together.

The point isn't to give you another belief system.

It's to give you space to explore what you believe.

To notice what calls to you.
To reclaim the parts of yourself you were taught to question.

And to create rituals that help you mark the transitions, celebrations, endings and beginnings of your own life.

The weekend is $1,300, including lodging, food, workshops and ritual supplies.

There are already women who have said yes this circle and sisterhood, and I'm opening just 3 additional spots.

I'm not doing a public registration link because I want to be intentional about who joins us and protect the intimacy of the group.
