Same initials. Same DNA. Same senior year. Completely different energy. 😂👍

Meet the M + M twins ❤️ Milan & his sister ❤️ and quite possibly one of my favorite examples of why senior pictures should never feel like... senior pictures.

We started with two completely different vibes. 💗
She brought the pink, the sweet, the color, the gorgeous hair and that smile that basically does all the work.

Milan brought the cool fit, the “I’m just gonna stand right here and look cool” energy...
..and apparently THUMBS UP. 👍

Because somewhere along the way I learned that if Milan is in a picture, there is a VERY good chance a 👍 is coming with him. 😂 And you know what? We document the human, so the thumbs stay.

Then we put these two together and THAT is when their actual story showed up.

Then SWITCH. 😂
Laughing.
Carrying each other ❤️ quite literally.

Which feels pretty appropriate for twins who have probably been carrying, annoying, supporting, competing with and laughing at each other their entire lives.

And can we talk about the M situation?! Both of their first names start with M. Their LAST name starts with M. They’re twins.

Basically, their parents committed to the theme and I respect it. 😂👏

These are the moments I love most about senior sessions. Of course we want the beautiful portrait Mom is going to frame. We want the cool shot they’ll actually post. We want each senior to have their OWN look and personality.

But then I want the stuff in between.

The ridiculous thumbs up.
The sibling picking you up.
The laughing-so-hard-we’re-done moment.
The photo that makes absolutely no sense to anyone else but will make your family laugh 20 years from now.

Because senior year isn’t only about documenting what you look like. It’s about remembering exactly who you were ❤️ and who was right there beside you. ❤️

🐾📚 HOLD THE PAW 🐾 YEARBOOKS ARE ON SALE?! 😎

Well, well, well… look who came out of summer retirement.

PHOEBE IS BACK. 😂🐾

Our fluffy Scholar Snaps mascot helped us talk yearbooks last year, and apparently she decided this was now an annual responsibility.

She reviewed one of last year’s book.
She checked the photos.
She put on her shades. 😎
She took the shades OFF.
She put her paw to her forehead because apparently some of y’all still need reminding. 😂

Because someday, it won’t just be a yearbook.

SENIOR SUNDAY 🏈🌊 | From Weekend Night Lights to whatever comes after the final whistle…

Meet Aiden | Class of 2027. ❤️

And this Senior Sunday feels like the perfect one to share him because last night the Corvian Cardinals kicked off their season with a WIN 🙌 and this guy scored some pretty important points. 🔥🏈

Aiden is a wide receiver, he is FAST, he can fly down a football field… and apparently when he isn’t catching passes, he’s doing pull-ups on the goalpost crossbar. 😂 Because why wouldn’t you?

So of course we had to include his football portraits with his senior pictures because both are Aiden.

The red jersey. The locker room. The smoke. The intensity.

And then… the button-up shirt. 😂

If you know Aiden, you know athletic clothes are pretty much the uniform, so seeing him a little dressed up for senior pictures was kind of fun. Don’t worry, we kept the shorts and sneakers. We weren’t trying to change the kid completely. 😎

And that’s really what we want senior pictures to be.

Not turning a senior into someone they’re not.

Just documenting who they are right now.

For Aiden, football is a big part of that story ❤️ but it isn’t the whole story.

He has always loved the ocean, marine life and marine biology 🌊, and I love that the kid who can fly across a football field also has this completely different side and interest waiting beyond it.

Because seniors are more than their sport.

More than their jersey number.

More than one picture.

And this year is about documenting all of it.

Congrats on the first WIN of the season, Aiden + Cardinals! ❤️🏈

SENIOR SUNDAY ☀️🎞️ | The kind of senior session that feels more like a film than a photoshoot.
Meet Chloe. 🤍
Bright sun. Orange wildflowers. A white skirt set catching the breeze. Running, twirling, taking it all in 🧡 and barely a “pose” in sight.
Because sometimes the best senior pictures happen when we stop trying to make a moment 🧡 and simply let it happen.
Chloe is a traveler, a storyteller, and a girl with dreams of doing something in the world of film 🧡 which feels pretty perfect, because her whole session looked like scenes pulled straight from one. 🎥✨
She has this beautiful curiosity about the world, an adventurous spirit, and goodness, she is STUNNING.
This is what we love about senior photography at ScholarSnaps: Not making every senior fit into the same picture. Just giving them the space to be exactly who they are.
And Chloe? She made the sunshine look like it belonged to her. ☀️🌼

POV: your senior photos understood the assignment. ⚽️🔥

Zach brought the cool. The confidence. And, of course, the soccer ball. ⚽️

Because when soccer is something you love AND something you’re talented at, it deserves a place in the story of your senior year.

That’s one of our favorite things about Scholar Snaps LLC ❤️ we don’t just want the “everybody look at the camera” photos. We want the pieces that make YOU, you. Your sport. Your personality. Your style. Your people. Your senior year should actually look and feel like YOUR senior year.

And Zach’s session? Yeah… he made our job pretty easy. 😎

THE MOST IMPORTANT SCHOOL SUPPLY? The humans who show up. ❤️📚
Before the first bell rings… before the lessons, the tests, the games, the performances, the big wins and the hard days… there are PEOPLE preparing to pour everything they have into our kids.
And I will forever be loud about this:
TAKE CARE OF YOUR EDUCATORS. ❤️
Take care of your teachers. Your assistants. Your office staff. Your counselors. Your administrators. Your coaches. Your cafeteria teams. Your custodians. Your nurses. Your bus drivers. Every single human who helps make a school feel safe, welcoming and worth walking into every morning.
Because these are the people helping shape our future leaders.
All summer, our ScholarSnaps team has been busy documenting some pretty incredible educators and staff, and these photos are just a tiny handful of the faces we’ve had the privilege of putting in front of our cameras. 📸
And yes, staff pictures matter to us too.
Because the people who spend their days making students feel seen deserve to feel seen themselves. ❤️
To every educator and staff member heading into a brand-new school year: I hope you know how important you are. I hope your community supports you, celebrates you and reminds you often that what you do matters.

Maybe senior year isn’t about becoming someone new… maybe it’s about celebrating exactly who you already are. 💚✨
And Zoey made that look pretty beautiful.
A teal skirt made for twirling, strawberry blonde hair catching the light, the kind of laugh you can’t fake, and Momma right there beside her 💚 just like she’s probably been for a million little moments leading up to this really big one. ❤️
No trying to make her look like anyone else. No telling her who she should be for her senior pictures.
Just Zoey being Zoey.
And THAT is our favorite thing to photograph.
At ScholarSnaps, we don’t believe senior pictures should be about turning every senior into the same picture. Same outfit. Same backdrop.
We want the opposite.
✨ Wear what feels like YOU. ✨ Choose a place that fits YOU. ✨ Move. Laugh. Twirl. Be silly. Be quiet. Be bold. ✨ And bring Momma along… because you KNOW we’re stealing her for at least one photo too. ❤️

Tyler kept it simple... a tee, jeans, some kicks. That’s exactly how we like it.
No fake drapes. No fake jewelry. No trying to fit someone else’s idea of what a senior should look like.
Just authentic moments, real personalities, and locations that tell their story.
Last month was incredible celebrating so many amazing seniors from the Class of 2027, and we’re just getting started! 🎉 This month brings even more senior sessions, plus staff portraits, school events, and everything in between.
From the first day teachers step in front of our cameras to the moment seniors walk across the graduation stage, we’re honored to help tell the story of each school and every student.

Every senior doesn’t need a drape, pearls, tux, or the same outfit as everyone else to tell their story. ❤️📸
Just a little peek into Chloe’s Class of 2027 senior school session... last week and WOW. ✨
Painted jeans. A simple tank. Stacks of bracelets. A love for fashion, art, and simply being her beautiful self♥️
So instead of asking seniors to fit into a “look,” we let them create one.
You’ll find Chloe laughing on the tire swing, surrounded by bold colors and incredible murals at Camp North End’s Canteen ❤️ because that’s her. That’s where her story comes alive.
That’s what makes Scholar Snaps different.
We don’t hand seniors a script. We don’t tell them what to wear. We don’t force them into the fake backdrop in an assembly line…
We let them choose the clothes that make them feel confident, the locations that match their personality, and we document who they already are.
Because years from now, these images shouldn’t remind them of a photography trend...�They should remind them of themselves.
